To operate the pump to different plans, depending on the required load.
Input: 0 to 5 V signal. default parameters set for a signal box (accelerator) Butterfly.
Output: command of proportional pump by power transistor. Capacity 20 a.
States: Shutdown, standby, market normal, full charge. Gradual variation of the plan to pump when the state changes.
Durations and cyclical reports Eve, walking, normal and full customizable. Pre-programmed by default for pumps provided in sections pumps to water.
Cyclical reports of default operation: Market: 100% Normal: 50% Eve: 12% Cooling (if market exceeded max time): 25% Stop: 0%
By default, posted times on vehicle turbo fuel road use: Watch: 30 seconds minimum market: 5s maximum market: 120 s cooling pump (if maximum market) exceeded: 120 s
Default thresholds of input for triggering of the States: Low threshold: 15% High threshold: 54%
Examples of logic:
- standby signal if < low threshold
- start-up if signal > upper threshold.
- variation proportional if the signal is located between low threshold and high threshold
- minimum duration of contract if signal > upper threshold
- etc.
Example of application: command pump of heat exchanger on turbo engine, by the signal available at the butterfly knob.
